All eyes turn to the CIS Cup this midweek with the ties all played on Wednesday night. The holders Hibernian are out so it will be a new name this year, who do you think will come out on top?

Aberdeen v Inverness C Th
Celtic v Hearts
Dundee United v Hamilton
Motherwell v Rangers

I think the sponsors would love to see an Old Firm Final and few would bet against Celtic,Rangers,Aberdeen and Dundee United all going through to the semi-finals but maybe there will be a shock or two?

Will young Master McCarthy bring United back down to earth? What about Motherwell ? Mark McGhee's men were unlucky in the 1-1 draw v Rangers early in the season, will Brewster's Inverness upset his old club? What about Hearts, what team will turn up at Celtic Park with a derby match against Hibernian on Sunday?

Celtic v Hearts is live on BBC Scotland at 19.30 on Wednesday night.

Let's hope for some great football

Sean Graham
