Vehicle Excise Duty Reclassifies Vehicles
Monday, 02 June 2008

vehicle_big.jpg Unveiled changes to vehicle excise duty will reclassify vehicles according to the levels of carbon dioxide they emit. it will hike the amount paid by owners of high-polluting vehicles and those cars bought from showroom in their first year. While it should be good news for those with environmentally-friendly cars it spells spiralling costs for car ownership.
